Super surprisingly effective results and very ecofriendly
No smell, carpet is clean-vacuumed today with minimal residue/dirt. Deep clean to pad is very helpful as I have 2 dogs, one of which is a neutered male who still wants to 'mark'.

There is no chemical odder, the carpet is clean, the process was quick and the technician was informative and helpful.
Everything. The fact that your process doesn't use soap is one thing and it is faster than the traditional carpet cleaning. And I think it does a better job.

Your process is better than any carpet cleaner we have ever used. Your people are very polite and helpful. We recommend your company to everyone but some people are reluctant to have a company come from Portland. I heard your commercial from Lars Larson. I am going to have to stop using his name. Most people in the area are pretty liberal and don't like Lars.

First of all, the whole experience was very professional from reservation to follow-up. Your technician was excellent. He explained where we might have issues in the future, and gave us tips about different types of cleaners for different types of stains. However, the end product was what really pleased us. Our carpets are nearly 15 years old, and now seem so much younger. They are more plush and softer than they have been for a few years - there certainly is no residue!
