The carpet felt and looked clean and soft after the carpet dried. The house didn't smell of perfumes after the carpet was cleaned which I really appreciated!

After the cleaning, our carpet was dry by the next morning. Other services we had do the cleaning have left out carpet wet for days.
Several items should be addressed. First, Justin was on time and answered all our questions very professionally and completed the job in a timely manner. We were very satisfied with the cleaning process and we have already recommended your company to an Ethan Allen Rep. Who visited our home this afternoon.

I honestly thought Justin was great and my house looks great. There's just one issue which is that he up sold me the pet treatment and scotch guard etc, and my house still smells strongly of urine. I was going to send a comment yesterday until I read the receipt and it said the removal of smell was not guaranteed. So to me, this statement and the fact that it still has the smell, completely contradicts the "sell" that Justin gave me. I believed, based on what we discussed that we would be free of this plague.
Also, my husband dropped a glass of water on they carpet this morning and there was no such puddling for easy clean up. This is what Justin also explained would happen with this treatment. So even though he was great and everything is cleaned I'm not convinced of the $250 up sell in treatments.
I called after hours on Friday, got a real person answering service, left my name & #, got a call back Sat AM, carpets were completely cleaned by 1:30 Sat afternoon! $99.00 3 room special! So easy & inexpensive! Would love to get on a maintenance program.
