One little thing: a little bit of rubber backing from the small area carpet stuck to the wooden chair it was hung over. no big deal as it came off the chair without trouble, but maybe avoid in the future. Would definitely use the same guy again!!! I already gave his card to my neighbor!

We were very happy about the cleaning of our carpets -- they smell great, all the stains are out, and the carpet looks like nice -- pretty great for 16 year old carpet! We also appreciated the fact that the cleaning is "green" -- doesn't harm our environment.
