Ink, grease, fingernail polish, multiple "unknowns" in the five carpeted areas all added up to low expectations on my part, the landlord. I am impressed at how clean the carpets are. Sounds strange I know but they've never looked that clean before with other cleaners. It took a bit longer to dry than normal but well worth the wait.
