He was clear about the additional products that I asked about ( some topical treatment for high traffic areas) He was courteous, informed, polite and very respectful of my home. I like that I could make my appointment on time, and that I was informed about the status of when the tech. would arrive. Honestly, I think you have service nailed. And the carpets look great.
I really liked Zachary, who did the work. He was knowledgeable and helpful in explanations about carpets, protection, stains, etc. I liked the job he did. To be truthful, I did not like how wet the carpet stays for 8 - 10 hours. I was trying Zerorez over my former carpet cleaner of 20 years as I always have wet carpets for about 2 days - this was about 1/2 the time but still pretty wet. The job done was excellent, and worthy of recommendation for sure!!

I am a repeat customer. The prices are reasonable, but what I like about zerorez Is the customer service. It is excellent. Everyone is nice from the techs, to the office staff. I forgot my appointment, and was able to reschedule with no hassle. The technician was very thorough, and helpful. There is also no weird upselling. I like being able to pick out additional services, but if they are not needed/desired I appreciate not being hassled. I will call zerorez again in the future.
