Chris came to our home and explained everything in detail as we completed a walk-through of our home. After Chris finished you could see the difference in the color of the carpet even when it was wet. We have cats and he had to do a deep cleaning in 2 spots and now there is no residual odor from the cats or the cleaning. My carpets are now soft and fluffy and the color they once were (a very light beige). The house smells fresh and clean. I feel the service and the products are amazing. I have recommended your company to a friend already.

Im a repeat customer. Service is great. My carpets were cleaned quickly & thoroughly. There was no chemical odor or any odor after they were cleaned & the carpet dried very quickly even though it was overcast & maybe 60 deg, outside. Very happy with Zerorez, I'll be back.
