Nick was great and very thorough. Very professional - from wearing the booties to explaining the process and the pricing. When we couldn't afford all that was needed he stated that he understood and I didn't feel any pressure to pay for any more. The cleaning was amazing and the carpet dried fast and had a great smell. I was searching for a place that would clean my area rugs without chemicals and spent a lot of time researching. I did hear over a radio station (The Fish) about O-rez and decided to check it out. They were much less expensive than other companies and the fact that they didn't use harsh chemicals made my decision. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. Rynell (I'm not sure if that's the correct spelling) was the gentlemen that came to do the job. He was very friendly and professional and explained everything he was doing along the way. We were also very impressed by the care he took in working in our home when running long hoses through our house. After he finished with the rugs, we asked him if he had time to clean the grout in our bathroom which he also did. Our rugs and bathroom look great!
When it's time for furniture cleaning, it will be O-rez for sure!!
