Rafael was very thorough and complete in cleaning our carpet. He worked really hard trying to get a couple year old red cough medicine stain out of our beige carpet. Others have tried and he has it almost gone. Amazing.

I am glad the rugs are clean and the house smells great. The rugs look a whole lot cleaner and though I wish they looked like new, I understand the worn paths are impossible to get back to new. I was told that the rugs were not great quality and I can believe that as I am finding more than a few things are not good quality in this house that I purchased almost 3 years ago. I like the softness of the rugs after the cleaning and love the areas that have never been used much as they look brand new. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to others.
