Service man was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was unable to remove stains but tried and explained to us he couldn’t get them out.

Good work in timely fashion.

Technicians work with the home owner pointing out spots that may not come out. Cost is given prior to work beginning. Products used work well and the technician spends extra time getting tougher spots out.
The only complaint we have is it appears the technician put a small dent in the sheet rock and didn’t mention before leaving.

I gave my remarks in the test message. It is the same. Chris did an outstanding job. The carpets and furniture looks great.

The young man who did the cleaning was very polite, well-mannered, and very conscientious at doing a good job.

My mother’s carpets were very soiled due to an old dog who that used it as a potty. The tech explain what pretreatment he could do to get it the cleanest. No pressure put on us and the carpets look like new....amazing! I will give this companies name to all my friends.
