I highly recommend Zerorez Portland. Their staff is amazing and their customer service is exceptional! I was highly impressed and thankful for Joel Johnson who came out to take care of our carpets. He was so kind and patient and addressed all my questions prior to starting. Joel did a spectacular job cleaning my carpets and getting out some difficult puppy accident spots. My carpets look and smell amazing and feel so clean! Thank you Zerorez Portland and Joel you guys are wonderful!!

Very reliable, quick, friendly service. Responsive and great with communication. Amazed at the results! My carpet was really stained, now, it looks almost brand new! And it’s so soft, and dried so quickly with no lingering smell.

Gabriel was the most responsive and complete servicemen I've ever had. The carpet looks as good as the day it was installed and the couch looks better than new. I wouldn't have another carpet cleaning agency in my home.

I can't really compare because this is the first carpet cleaning I've had in a long time. The last cleaning was with Chemdry. I was a little disappointed that the carpet was not dry the next day. I had to put off painting an extra day.

The technician arrived as scheduled, the work was done carefully and quickly, and the floor wasn't too wet when he was finished. I could put furniture back in place in about three hours.
