I was totally impressed with Joel Johnson! Joel was thoroughly professional and wonderfully personal and attentive to our carpet cleaning situation. Joel's expertise really took care of our heavy dog urine problems. I would want this fine lead technician to come back in a heartbeat. Joel is a fine asset to Zerorez!

What do you like about our products and services?

Carpets look great. Stains were removed from main carpet areas. I am pleased with overall thoroughness.

A few of the bedrooms still have some stains I had hoped would be removed. I used carpet stain remover after you left, and was able to remove those stains. I wonder why they were not worked on.
