The technician that was sent to do my job was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. His name is Zachary Wagner-Kapellusch. He did an amazing job cleaning my carpet.

This was the second time using Zerorez. On both occasions the technicians were on time and friendly. They took the time to explain the procedure and associated costs, including any additional charges for stain treatment, etc. in detail prior to starting. I’m very happy with how the carpets looked when finished. There were a lot of dark stains that I never expected to completely be removed - but they were!

I got a confirmed quote up front. The techs notified me they were coming and showed up within the service window. They were polite, friendly, and profressional. They gave me no song-and-dance regarding up charges. They simply came in, went to work, and made it convenient for me by doing my office last so I could work thru most of the visit. We went over the carpets afterwards and they pointed out some things to consider for ongoing maintenance. They managed to let a LOT of stuff up that was "hiding" in the carpets.

Frankly, I was very impressed about the great job they did, how quickly everything dried out, and the lack of any bad chemical smell. I had been nervous because of horror stories on the web, but this could not have gone better. Zerorez the the job as promised and I'm really happy with the results.
