Dries fast. Smells good and looks great

Rafel (sp)? was very professional, called prior and took exactly as look as he said he would. He worked hard and efficiently. Price was what they quoted. Arrived with gloves, mask and booties. He explained what he was going to do. He is a great employee.

Only thing I would say is that the carpet isn't dry in 4-6 hours like the company claims. The stairs are still damp after 30 hours and we have a fan going for 24 hours.

This was the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. The two guys who came to my house were very friendly and professional. They explained everything before they started and finished so quickly. I had two living rooms, a hallway, and one bedroom done and they started and finished in 45 minutes. So great! The next time I need my carpets cleaned, I will definitely be using Zerorez!

He was efficient and asked for my feed back on areas cleaned and wanted to ensure I was happy with the cleaning and to ask any questions needed. The carpet dried more quickly than other cleaning companies, and without the usual stiffness or crispness in the carpet. I was 100% pleased and satisfied. Also today, no allergy symptoms; so very thankful!

The two men were very respectful with our home, our dogs and they wore masks.

We have used Zerorez for the last few years. Rafael who cleaned our carpets yesterday did the best job of anyone to date. He took his time, brushed the carpet (I do not recall anyone else doing this in the past), and made sure we were satisfied with his job before leaving. This has always been their process. A little more expensive than Stanley but worth the expense, especially if you have kids or pets.
