He was prompt and on time, he did a very good job and cleaned an area that was heavily stained and it looked a lot better. Our carpets look good.

On time friendly service man. Ben explained everything we needed to know and our options. He even lowerd the price because the room was smaller than they thought when we got our quote.
He did a great job and the carpet feels good to walk on barefoot..no crunchy feel at all. We have used Zerorez before and will use them again for sure.

Joel cleaned our carpets and he is fabulous! Gave good tips and advice on how to keep them clean and was very knowledgeable about what stains he saw and took care of the mess. Thankful for Jiel!

What do you like about our products and services?

The technicians are always professional and so polite. The carpets always dry to the time alloted, which is important when planning cleanings around busy family schedules. I will never use anyone but Zerorez.

I don’t know what the product is that you use ,but it sure works. Barnett James cleaned my carpet and did an excellent job. He took extra time to target the stains. Very pleasant and professional. This is the 3rd time I’ve used zerorez and have been very pleased.

What do you like about our products and services?

I have used zerores about 5 times now, each time the service and quality is the same. Great customer service and consistent results. All the techs that come out to my home take pride in their in job and have done a great job. Says a lot about this company to have such great employees. This last visit, William did a fabulous job and was very communicative about all the details prior to starting the job. Thanks so much!

I never have been dissatisfied with their service. Always have they done a thorough job and my carpets are 100% cleaner. We just recently moved and had them come to our new house to clean the carpets and upholstery on my dining room chairs.

The carpet is clean, and that is great. I did use a towel to get a little of the moisture up, and when I did wipe the carpet in a few spots of the heavier traffic area, there wasn't really any soil of any kind coming up, so the product that was used worked very well.
