I made my apt online, then promptly called to bump up my time :) then the day of my cleaning I got bumped up again :) this is my 3rd time using them. They get kid and pet stains out along with dirt and even grease spots from my son and husband's work boots. Best company EVER!!!
ZerorRez cleaned my carpets and furniture without strong chemicals or shampoos that leave a residue. Carpet and upholstery are clean and much improved. Technician was very conscientious in communicating before, during and after the process. He answered any questions I had. He worked at the stubborn stains to produce the best possible results. The treated areas are dry in 6-7 hours so the rooms can be reassembled soon after the process is completed. I plan to schedule ZeroRez again for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

I have used Zerorez off and on and found a great deal depends on the technician you get. Some are simply not as good, and some drive the price up every way they can.
I liked this technician. Bryan was pleasant and knowledgeable. He saw what I needed and only sold me on one extra (the area rug). He did a good job, was thorough but efficient.
The carpet was not too wet and by the next day was dry, clean and soft.
In the future I will probably try Zerorez again.

The caterers looked great Even though they started out in a very poor condition indeed. Our technician took his time, and explained all that he was doing, and answered all of my questions. I would recommend him again. I had my kids apartment cleaned as a thank you for watching my dog, and now I will have you guys come and do my home.
