I won't use any other company to clean my carpets. Zerorez is simply the best at what they do. My carpets look brand new when they are finished (my carpets are almost 10 years old). They are soft to walk on and the guys do a great job, work quickly, and don't mind if you decide to do the whole house instead of one or two rooms. They notify you by text/phone a day ahead of scheduled time then again 10 to 15 minutes before arrival. A detailed receipt is immediately sent to your email when finished.

The first guy that did our carpets was reserved and business-like, however did a GREAT job on the carpets! :) Fast forward almost 2 years later: the second guy WAS very friendly and personable and , but our problematic bedroom carpet did not come out as fresh and clean as I had hoped; to be specific, the area where we step into our bedroom still looked darkish, and did not come up clean and bright as before (maybe required extra treatment?)...

Still, I PREFER Zerorez to anyone else in the carpet cleaning business here locally to clean our carpets.

I genuinely appreciated the way the technician explained what I could expect, taking the time to show me spots that might not come out without additional treatment. I've had my carpets cleaned several times by other companies, only to have spots return within days. I had to pay extra for each room that was spot treated, but two weeks later, the spots are still gone! Wirth every penny.

We love using you all for the rental house and our house.

Between our cat that had issues making it to the litter box and our puppy, our carpet was getting bad on our stairs and loft. Nick H was so fast, friendly and the carpet looks great! He let me know when he was on his way here and answered all our questions when he got here. Nick also took the time to say hi to our two dogs to help make them more comfortable with him coming in and out. We will definitely be return customers in the future and tell everyone we know about the great service.
