My carpet looks amazing. I have been in my apartment for over 4 years and you can imagine it’s probably in need of a good cleaning. I also have a little dog and he has wet on the carpet many times. The technician (Gio) that came out was a wonderful young man. I explained my concerns, walked him around and told him what I hoped he could do. He spot treated the pet stains, did an incredible job of cleaning the carpet and then, at my request, treated the carpet with a stain protector. My carpet looks brand new and is so soft to walk on. I’m still in shock over how great it looks. I have used Zerorez many times when I lived in my house and was always pleased with the job they did. That is why I went with them here in my apartment. (The management offers a free carpet cleaning each time a resident renews their lease. I used it once and was not happy with the results. That’s why I went back to Zerorez. I’d rather pay and know my carpets are really clean.

First and foremost, your staff are great! We like your representative who called ahead, arrived on time and was very respectful. Your person was quite unassuming - but in a moment or two demonstrated his knowledge, aptitude and acumen. He knew how to handle pets, volunteered to go above and beyond as we had not vacuumed our carpet, did his job so well that we had no concerns. Described the process for removing our stains; what to do when we get more stains; explained the ingredients and how they work. Quote was accurate and no extra price surprises. You have earned our future business, and we will be sending our friends to you too!

Always looks great and smells fresh

The off white carpet in our nursery looks like new - much better than we expected since it was well stained in several places with what must have been fruit juice, etc. The job was done quickly and right on time. It doesn't get any better than that. Why would we hire anybody else?
