I was really pleased with your service tech - Giovanni was great, very pleasant and a hard worker. He is also a good salesperson, I got the extra protection. I was amazed at how quick the carpet dried, and it is soft, not post cleaning crunchy. The main reason I had the cleaning done was a musty smell in my home - so far I haven't noticed it again. And I can breath better.
Definitely will use you folks again, and recommend also.

Price was reasonable, tech was polite and respectful, did a great job. The only reason I didn't give a 10: when I scheduled the appointment, I asked about cleaning under beds and couches. The person on the phone said they would go under as far as they could. This implied to me that there would be at least a few inches under the furniture cleaned. However, in reality, the cleaning stopped right at the edge of the beds and couches and therefore I feel like my expectations weren't met. A more accurate response to a question about going under beds and couches would be that no, you don't clean under them.
