I love how my carpet feels after ZeroRez works their magic - it's not crunchy or soapy smelling. It just feels soft and clean. Right now, I only have 1 room of carpet in my house, but I will only have ZeroRez clean it. We're in the middle of a basement remodel and will be adding additional carpet to the space, and will definitely have ZeroRez tend to it!
