I love that the techs are knowledgeable about how to clean the various different carpets and rugs, and they don't use any cleaning sprays or washes that would leave residue on my floors. They are very respectful and organized/clean when they come and go, and tell me how to best take care of my carpet!

I really love that your process involves a minimum amount of liquid. I’ve had carpet cleaners use so much water that it takes a day or two to dry. That is not what I’m looking for. The technician was really fantastic. He made sure I was happy with the job and took his time to make sure everything looked great. I will definitely use zerorez again.

This was a delightful and awesome experience. Brian instantly set our minds at ease with his direct approach. He took a good look at our area, told us what possibilities were available and let us decide without any pressure. Brian was amazing. He did a wonderful job on all areas . There were areas that we didn't think would ever look good again. Brian worked his magic and those areas look fabulous. He truly is an expert in his field. Our carpets and stairs look and feel great I kept waiting g for the horrid smell you get with most carpet cleaners yet there was none. All in all it was a super positive experience thanks to Brian . We've already booked our holiday cleaning in December with Brian returning. The co.pany should clone him. Thank you for an awesome experience.
