It was very easy to schedule and appointment and to be able to see an estimated quote for the cost of carpet cleaning. The Zerorez employee arrived right on time and was great at communicating the steps and procedures for the process. Lastly, he showed the improvements made from the carpet cleaning process and made sure we were content with the final product after cleaning. I had a great experience with Zerorez!

Dylan did a great job. My carpet looks new and it is over 30 years old. It feels soft with no residue .Dylan was on time and was finished quickly. I will recommend Zerorez to others.
Technicians Damian & Latrell were fabulous! Before starting they thoroughly explained the process they were using to clean and sanitize the carpet and explained the charges. When finished the rugs looked and smelled clean and with no "cleaning" odor. Also, they moved the furniture back to where I wanted it. I'm completely satisfied and highly recommend Zerorez!

Outstanding carpet cleaning job on a carpet that had a number of problem areas where the cat had thrown up on my mom's carpet.
The 2 techs that came to the house were very professional from start to finish. I was particularly pleased with the attentiion they paid to safety measures due to the Covid virus.
I'm looking forward to having them come to my own home to clean my carpets later this summer.
The bottom line: They made me feel great - I'd made the right decision for myself and my very picky mom.

The speed of their work and the friendliness of the worker. It does take a bit longer though for the carpet to dry than what the worker said (6-8 hrs.) Carpets look and smell great!
