Very pleased with my service. Carpets smells amazing the next day. Unlike when I do myself it has a odor the next day.. there pet bio treatment was Great. Would definitely use again. Thanks Zerorez.

What do you like about our products and services?

Smelled great and cleaned all the puppy accident stains we had. The technician was very informative and super helpful. Was great with the suggestions and was very fast. I think he was in and out in an hour and we had him doing 3 rooms, a hallway and a flight of stairs!

What do you like about our products and services?

Technician was on time, pleasant and did his best to get out spots on our living room carpet. One that was coke soda would not come out, even when he used another spot remover. My only complaint is our stairs going down to the family room didn’t dry in 24 hours and are still a little damp. Otherwise will use again.

Tom, our service person, was incredible! He was so polite, professional, yet very personable and down to earth! He explained everything ahead of time and did a GREAT job! We will be zerorez (and Tom!) fans for life! We're definitely requesting him next time as we felt completely at ease and confidant with him, and we had every right to be because he was awesome!
