My experience was very positive from the interaction with the woman who scheduled my cleaning to the guy who came and cleaned my carpets. The carpets look great and the guy worked hard to get rid of the stains in my carpet. Very positive experience.

I have always been happy with zerorez, especially when there is a pet stain/ smell. They make sure they work on it and let me know about it. We have been in our home for 11 years and I always get complements from people with how nice our carpet looks for how old it is. I love that there are no harsh chemicals.

Clean and fresh feeling
The person who came to clean my carpet was friendly and accommodating as I had changed the amount of carpet to be cleaned. He did an excellent job and my 8 year old carpet looks like new. All the dirt and stains have been removed. I am very happy with the job done.
