Tyler was prompt, very professional and courteous. He did a great job with the carpets and they looked like new. I would use Zero Rez again due to the job that Tyler did. Really great outcome.

The detail and knowledge the employee used when coming to my house. He took the time to pull up a corner of the carpet to make sure a stain didn’t go through to the pad. He knew his stuff and seemed to love his job.

My carpets are 20 years old and I was trying to decide if they could look good for a few more years. They were dirty and stained. Zerorez came to the rescue. They totally cleaned and removed stains and I am completely satisfied.

I like that you don't use chemicals to clean my carpet - I would love it if you could eliminate the fragrance (it gives me a headache). The customer service rep that you sent out was friendly and efficient. Thank you!

Superior customer service, from start to finish. Our technician, Michael, was amazing. He went above and beyond in cleaning our carpets. He was very positive and upbeat. Our carpets look amazing. We will for sure use Zerorez next time we need our carpets cleaned.
