I have had other carpet cleaners come out and it just seems like ZeroRez is able to clean the carpets better than other companies. I love that they use Hot Water and extract most of it back out leaving the carpet so it dries within a day or so. The people they send are always professional and get the job done efficiently.

The gentleman that cleaned our carpet & was training another guy, was very sweet. I would have given a higher rating but, our carpets were a lot wetter than what my friends have experienced.

Our cleaner came on time, we was ready to work with COVID restrictions, Easy to talk to and respected our requests. He did a good job.

We would have preferred to put on scotchguard but that was too expensive. We'll have to see if it looks dirty faster without it.

The powered water technology is amazing. I like the fact that chemicals are not used and my carpet dried quickly and smells great! My technician was the best I’ve ever had. He arrived on time, was very polite and did a phenomenal job! I will continue to use Zerorez for a very long time!
