I was very pleased with both my technician and the results. I liked that he was very courteous and wore a mask the entire time. Carpets came out looking great!

The only negative comment I have is about the amount of time it is taking for the carpets to dry. As I am writing this, it's a full three days after my service, and carpets are still slightly damp. I have had all the ceiling fans going and the heat on, too.

Overall, pleased with the results, just wish there was a way to extract more water.

He went about his business in an efficient way and pionted out ahead of time and concerns we may eventually have about a few spots on our carpets. This fellow is a keeper! We'll try to get him again next time!

The first cleaning was pretty good, but not what I expected, so we called again. Heileen Ceballos came out and did a wonderful job with a young trainee. She explained the process and after-care thoroughly, and assusted the trainee. Great job!

My carpets looks new, I was ready to just replace all my carpets but I was talked into trying a professional cleaner and Zerorez was recommended, I am so happy with how it all turned out
