I've used you for years and you've always done great removing stains on my carpet. However, this time, I still have one large stain from a coffee spill. It sure seems like this should have come out? I'm wondering if someone could come out and redo this small area? Thanks so much!

We had some bad stains on our Berber carpet in our downstairs. We had Zerorez come out to clean our whole carpet downstairs,our steps and our hallway. So about 1 1/2month later I kept telling my husband, "look at our carpet the stains are coming back" He called them back and we were told well we were past the 1 month period,we should of called earlier. Well the spots weren't there earlie, so my husband called them back,this time asked to speak to a supervisor/manager. To our surprised he said they'd send someone else out to reclean it. The guy that they sent out was absolutely the best. Told us why the spots came back as the 1st guy went to fast over them. He told us that Berber does this,because Berber is so dense the dirt/stain is down deep into the carpet which allows it to come back over time when walked on even after it was cleaned. He said he must of been new and went over the stains to fast. The 2nd guy did an awesome job,our carpet looks awesome. Way to go Zerorez,you have a very happy customer who will continue to tell our story and tell others to definitely use you guys and so will we!☺
