I love that there are no harsh chemicals. The pricing is competitive and forward. I’ve had Zerorez out a couple of times to clean my furniture and carpets and it’s always a great experience! Very knowledgeable staff in what they are using and they check out the furniture to make sure they understand what they are cleaning and if there will be any issues with the material first.

I was very pleased with the service. I was a little apprehensive as I heard from a couple people that when they used ZEROREZ their carpet was very stiff after it dried. I have a very clean and soft shampooed carpet.
