Arrived on time. Very efficient. Our 3 bedrooms, landing and stairs are clean. No residue left. Soft carpet. Not like old carpet cleaning services we have had in the past, which left a stiff carpet with residue.

Kenyon did a great job. Our house is pretty big and he kept plugging until it was done. I was impressed with the care you showed: corner guards, floor mat by the door, the door curtain.

your service people. this time roosevelt didn’t soak my carpet and it dried quickly. last time it was soaked and took so long to dry. i have a lot of large bubbles in my carpet and hope when the heat goes on all the time they will go down. do you have anyone to stretch carpet. if so, please call me and let me know. roosevelt was beyond nice and professional

The technician was very pleasant and informative. He explained the whole process and what we could expect. He was also very efficient in getting the work done. Even the next day when we had to call back to have some duct repair done, they were here within 25 minutes! Thank you very much!! Highly recommended.
