They allowed me to book rather last-minute during a very busy time of the year to accommodate a new move. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job and were able to work around house cleaners who were also in the home at the time. It was most appreciated. Cleaners were extremely friendly. My rugs look brand new! I would definitely recommend them anyone. Several of my friends and family also use them.

Zerorez was everything they advertise, and more. They were prompt, personal, and professional. The job was completed in less than 1 hour and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The carpet was soiled in a few areas that we couldn’t get out with numerous attempts with carpet cleaning products but Zerorez made the carpet stain free and restored

The techs are always professional. My carpet feels clean and not sticky. I've used ZEROEZ for many years and I've only had a small area redone. It wasn't their fault though. They always stand behind their work. Very honest company to work with.
