Daryl was such a great tech that offered knowledgeable information, honesty, and truly wonderful customer service. He was very professional and thorough about his work. He took his time and went above and beyond the job that was asked of him. He made my birthday such a brighter day.
The products used did wonders to my carpet and left a nice clean smell when done! I’m kicking myself in the butt for not contacting zerorez right away when we moved into this house, instead I rented a rug doctor that was a complete waste of my time and money. Will definitely have them back out in a years time!
