Zero Rez did a great job cleaning our carpets. I really appreciated their thorough communication by text and email. They gave an accurate bid for the job, and the technician called 20 minutes prior to his arrival and clearly communicated before, during, and after the cleaning. The carpets are clean and dried within one day, rather than soaking carpeting after other cleanings. The technician was careful with equipment to not bump wood trim on corners or other flooring.

He paid extra attention to an area where there were pet stains and gave me the "best" deal when I added a room & closet on the day he arrived. The carpets now look great and the rooms smell clean. I would use Zerorez again.

My Zerorez associate was very prompt and professional. I showed him the rooms and stairs that needed to be cleaned, and he asked good questions and then got right to work. At the end, he did a walk through of the spaces and opened up the windows so the carpet could begin drying right away. Really professional and courteous. To nit pick, the only thing that I didn't like was that the provider did not wear his face mask correctly. His nose was outside the mask and wanted to say something but didn't. Please provide instructions about how to correctly position the face mask.
