The first cleaning was pretty good, but not what I expected, so we called again. Heileen Ceballos came out and did a wonderful job with a young trainee. She explained the process and after-care thoroughly, and assusted the trainee. Great job!

The other reason is that previous companies have me a quote then wanted twice as.much for actually cleaning my carpet. Use less water and no soapy residue left on carpets.

I have had other carpet cleaners come out and it just seems like ZeroRez is able to clean the carpets better than other companies. I love that they use Hot Water and extract most of it back out leaving the carpet so it dries within a day or so. The people they send are always professional and get the job done efficiently.
