It works! I bought a carpet cleaner, which I now know was a waste of money. Every time I used my carpet cleaner it made my carpet look worse. Our carpet is 11 years old and it looks new today because we had it cleaned by zero Rez. We have used zero Rez for years. The carpet cleaner was purchased to save money . Mistake.

I was very pleased with both my technician and the results. I liked that he was very courteous and wore a mask the entire time. Carpets came out looking great!
The only negative comment I have is about the amount of time it is taking for the carpets to dry. As I am writing this, it's a full three days after my service, and carpets are still slightly damp. I have had all the ceiling fans going and the heat on, too.
Overall, pleased with the results, just wish there was a way to extract more water.

He went about his business in an efficient way and pionted out ahead of time and concerns we may eventually have about a few spots on our carpets. This fellow is a keeper!
