Technician was polite and professional. Did an outstanding job, was prompt and efficient. Called prior to arrival, and called to let me know the job was done ( carpets were cleaned in a home we are selling - parents estate). Will definitely help the appearance when showing the house.

We have used ZeroRez several times for carpet cleaning, and have always been totally satisfied with the quality of their service. We moved into a different townhouse last summer and found that we always have a lot of dust in the house. So I was happy to use ZeroRez to do the duct cleaning service. Totally satisfied!

Love that you do not use a bunch of chemicals! The technician was very professional, very good communication about the process and expectations. Very careful while in our home, even though the weather was cold outside he had a good door cover that prevented a huge loss of heat to the outside. He did all the carpeting in our house and it looks fantastic!
