We had our ducts, furnace, and dryer vent cleaned by zerorez. Prior to the cleaning, I had a different company come out to clean everything listed above but there were a lot of add on charges. I said, “I called zerorez and they quoted me for less and have better equipment; I’m going to go with them, sorry.” The technician literally told me I should go with zerorez and they couldn’t beat their value. Additionally, the zerorez technician was extremely efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I’m extremely satisfied with my zerorez experience.

The person who did my carpets knew what they were doing, let me know the cost up front, and was quick and efficient. I also like that the water was pumped out to the van and not contained in the machine in the house. My carpets look clean and fresh again!
