The cleaning people are always friendly but professional. We have never had a bad experience with zerorez. On the contrary, I have been very satisfied with the work your company does.
Zerorez did a good job. Dan came out twice because one spot he treated initially came back. He treated it again (at no charge to us) and looks like he got it this time. He was very upfront with us about what he would and would not be able to do w/ our 20 year-old carpet.

The tech person did a good job with the cleaning of the chairs but he wasn't very personable. I had to ask him questions that he should have told me as the consumer. For example, I had to ask how long before they would be dry and he said: " later today".
