My mother’s carpet was so dirty. Light color in an apartment. I had to move her to a nursing facility, and her carpet was in need of a deep clean. I had zero Rez come and clean it. They seemed to get most of the stains out. The next day I went back a vacuumed, the stains were gone. The person came out in the middle of a snow storm and arrived early for the appointment. Very professional and friendly. My mom will now get her full deposit back. Highly recommend you give them a chance.

Services were easy to price out and book online. The rep that came out and cleaned did an excellent job in walking us through the process and cleaning the carpets. We were shocked to see how many “permanent” marks disappeared. He was friendly, but not too chatty and good at his job. All around an excellent service. We’ve already recommended your services to a few friends.

You guys do an outstanding job
Friendly and helpful technicians. I was bummed to find out that we had an asbestos panel on top of our furnace so they could not clean the day they came out. They gave me a reliable and affordable recommendation to remove it. I also added the breath clean air purifier which has greatly helped my child's allergies. I am pleased to have continual clean air flowing through my new old home. Looking forward to continuing with Zerorez.
