Love Zerorez! My only negative is something that they can't really control which is wicking. Your carpet looks perfect when they leave, but it/when wicking happens, those annoying spots will wick back up within 24 hours.

Technician Raphael looked at all rooms & areas I wanted cleaned & explained everything completely before he started. Was very cautious & did a good job, working a little more on a couple spots that needed more work. Wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job he did.
I was going to just do 3 rooms which was what my coupon was for. I asked how much the steps & the hallway would cost. I ended up doing those too.

Very happy with Raphael & the work he did. We discussed the ducts & he said he would let
office know that I was interested in having that done too.
I have gotten a couple calls regarding the ducts & setting up an appt.
