I would highly recommend Zerorez! Our berber carpeting had never been cleaned after many years of light-medium use. I had my doubts that the wear marks would come out but they did ... You can barely tell where they are!! The associate was friendly, considerate, informative and thorough. The carpet was totally dry by the next morning and we could tell that there was no residue left behind on it. The pricing was great, we definitely got what we paid for and then some. We did right by our investment to have Zerorez do the cleaning, no regrets!

Zerorez is the only carpet cleaner I’ll use. Extremely professional and the tech didn’t try to convince to have you out every six months like so many others do. I can’t stand being over sold services so that’s big! My house also doesn’t smell like chemicals. I love this company.

Zerorez = my HERO’s! They did a really good job, the guy came in and did his thing,
Dave Ryan (yeah, the morning show, KDWB) has told me about Zerorez and what a job they do, so when I had an emergency I called Zerorez and they were there same day as I called. It wasa “bio-hazard” job because it was an Explosive call of Nature for my poor puppy Bernese Mountain Dog Lola, and his brother the Chihuahua was in there with him (if you’re picking up what I’m putting down!).
The took out for proper cleaning, a Turkish Wool Rug that I had and they soiled, and then the Zerorez guy just went to work. I felt obliged to tip the man all the cash in my wallet because he did such a fantasy job, especially considering the circumstances.
I would recommend Zerorez to ANYONE who needs assistance getting your carpet cleaned (for whatever reason). I recently got the rug back, which they drove to me - I didn’t have to go anywhere to pick it up - great customer service. Bravo Zerorez!
