Zerorez uses their own treated water and disposes of it (for a fee). They have out performed other cleaning services that we have used, and while a bit more expensive, Zerorez is worth it. That said, while they were unable to remove some older stains of 15 years ago, the overall look of our carpets, especially the 15 carpeted steps, look great!
That you say the products are environmentally and personally safe from harmful chemicals. I was told they are all plant based. I trust that is all true.
