I was out of town when the tech came to clean the carpets. He communicated when he was going to be there, when he arrived, when he finished, and gave me a thorough and well-explained analysis of what he did and the extras that needed to be done. Very professional and the great communication was the key to an overall great experience.
I was very happy with the job Zerorez did. I also had the nicest man doing my cleaning. His name is Tom Jacobson. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He worked very hard while he was here. I would definitely use Zerorez again and I would request Tom if I could. He was amazing. My carpet looks very good.
