Deontae B is amazing! He was able to get spots out of our carpet that other companies couldn’t. This is our first time using Zerorez. We are very happy with his work. Deonte was on time and completed our cleaning in a timely manner. I hope we get him again the next time we use Zerorez.

We had our ducts cleaned and we liked that there was an option to not use a brush to clean the air ducts. The lady I spoke with to schedule the appointment did a wonderful job talking through the options and listening to our needs! The technician was wonderful, thoroughly explained the process and talked about other services that Zerorez offers, he wasn’t sales-y but made it a conversation which we appreciate (and now we know that Zerorez does other services). And he was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Had a great experience.
