Hard working.

He pre-treated some areas that were in very bad condition. When he was done they looked MUCH BETTER. I had never had my carpets cleaned before and I can say that I was VERY PLEASED with my experience with Zerorez.

What do you like about our products and services?

We were renting a townhome. This home had a ton of carpet. This needed cleaning before we moved out. The Zeroez guy was there timely, with a 20 min heads up. He did the walk through and then went to work. Took him about an hour, super fast! Thank you! The carpets look great!

The products work. I've had other companies clean the carpet and the stains came back the next day. With Zerorez, the stains did not come nack. The product used was very expensive, but it worked. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable.

Kiernan, the young man who cleaned our carpet was great. He was very personable and efficient. Left good instructions on what to do and all in all was a very nice to work with. I would highly recommend him if you got to choose who was coming to your house.
