He could’ve half done the job or claimed that he finished, and instead was honest and calm. 9/10 due to some stains being visible after carpet dried. All around good experience!

The pricing was reviewed with the Tech. We were advised not to the have sofa cleaned as the Tech stated that the type of material turns brown! We shared that we had some wool area rugs that needed cleaning... Tech quoted prices and loaded the rugs up! They are delivering this Friday.
