We have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning in the past and always been very happy. This was our first time for vent Cleaning and we couldn't be happier!! The two gentlemen that came to our house were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They explained the process and worked very efficiently. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Good scheduling and letting me know when they are coming. Good products and get out stains. I do think you are on the expensive side and it ended up being $130 more than the original estimate.

The technician was very professional. He explained what he was going to do. Kept me updated on his progress and show me pictures of what he pulled from the ducts. He answered all my questions before and clean up very well.
I like that you don’t load up the carpet with a bunch of soap/detergent, which only attracts dirt.

Our Tec, Nathan, called with an update on time. When he arrived we went over the areas to be cleaned and confirmed the charges. We had done prop work so he could start immediately. Took him less than an hour to do the three rooms and hallway. Always happy with the service and with Nathan.
