Professionalism knowledge. In the past you have been able to remove long standing stains from my carpeting. At this time you have picked up an area rug that is extremely soiled from my dogs diarrhea. I’m confident you will be successful with the cleaning. Mike picked it up and wil be retiring it in 10-14 days.

The carpet cleaning does not leave a residue on the carpet, and your "3 room special", which you have been offering each year during the first month or two of the year.
