Zerorez cleaned better than any other service I have had in the past. Unlike most companies I have used in the past, Zerorez took the time to walk around after the first pass to make sure that they got all of the soiled spots and redid any that they saw. They even encouraged me to look for any and let them know. Great people and great product. I will be using them again.

There was grey dirt spot on one of my Berber carpeted steps that was still there after two other carpet cleaning companies had cleaned. After Zerorez cleaned it, it was GONE! I also liked how the carpet felt under my feet after it was dry; not stiff from dried soap!

The technician checked all the fabrics before cleaning. He moved the furniture and put coasters under the furniture until it dried. He communicated all through the process about the rugs and furniture.
The only concern I have is that they took our expensive carpets to clean and promised a call the next day with a cost and treatment plan. It is two days later and we have not heard from anyone yet.

Due to no residue odor is the number one reason I picked your firm. I did find that the carpets did not get dirty as fast after my first experience with your product. I am sure that there are many people who have allergy problems that would really approve of your service.

The young men came right on time. They did an awesome job on a very difficult cleaning area. I could not be more pleased. My carpet looks new and the white sofa of 12 years almost new. they worked quickly and the carpet also dried quickly! We will most definitely be using this company again. they did a great job of getting awful pet stains out of a new carpet.
