Even though I bought good quality Stainmaster carpet, it is now 13 years old and looking somewhat used. After the cleaning, it really looks quite good. I won't say "brand new" but certainly in good shape where I am comfortable keeping this carpet for several more years. I also like the lack of chemicals/solvents. I need to mention that Tim, your experienced tech, and Juan, the new tech, were very polite and neat in their work. Tim really knew the information and I hope he is with your company when I next need cleaning---- I will request him.

We asked to put on a list for an earlier appointment if you had a cancellation and was called very promptly when that happened. Since we have to show our house to sell, we were very glad to receive that call. The technician was prompt (actually early, but with a phone call first). He was also very thorough and provided us with information to use in the future. He did recommend further services, but there was no pressure to sign on for them. Our 18 year old carpet has not looked as good since it was new!

Not only were the techs (Chris & Roman) knowledgeable and friendly, but my carpets look wonderful. Really enjoyed the fresh smell after they were finished! I will definately recommend them to friends and relatives.

How nice and fresh it feels and looks and No odors of cleaners or solvants. (however I was a little surprised at how wet the stairs were for about 3 days or so. Turned on the centeral air to help draw the moisture out.)

We were happy with the cleaning process and tech was respectful of our belongings. Thorough review of all services and worked with us to determine what the best service options was for us. Although they were more than 2 hours past the window, we were contacted by customer service rep within the time window to see if the new arrival time would work (which it did).

I have heard many good things about zerorez on the radio as well as from friends. I decided to give it a try, and was VERY impressed. The service technician was friendly and worked very hard. He was able to get out stains that I never thought would come out! Zerorez is worth every penny spent, and I will continue to be a customer and refer them to my friends and family!
