Technician, Brian was very professional.On time for appt. and called for arrival notification. All furniture put on foam blocks. Not notified about building discount until after cleaning completed.

Technician was very professional and friendly. There was deep staining in one spot, and he worked very hard to get it as clean as possible. I would recommend him specifically, and zerorez as the company to clean carpets.

We love the way our carpets feel after they have been cleaned by your company. Because you guys don't use soaps in your water, our carpets are never crunchy and the stairs are never slippery. Great service at a fair price.

My very dirty carpeting not only smelled clean, it WAS clean when the technician was finished. I quit using so-called "professional" carpet cleaners for several years because after the carpet was dry, I could still see dirty areas. I knew that if I cleaned it myself, I would be more satisfied with the outcome and I always was. However, due to time constraints, I decided to give Zerorez a try and I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised and I'm sure I'll use Zerorez services again in the future.

The technicians were friendly and very helpful. I walked them through the rooms, they knew the trouble areas and were able to get all of the spots out. The carpets look great!

The service was very good and the technician was knowledgeable and did a good job. The carpets look very good. We do have some remaining spots on the sofa and a technician is coming out to take care of them in 2 days.

I like the fact that no soap or chemicals are used. Ramon was awesome! He spent the time to make sure our carpet and furniture was spotless. That is amazing, considering the condition of our couch! We will definitely use your company again. Worth every penny!

Rob was great to work on our home carpets. Hard working, informative, helpful and saved us money reducing unneeded extras. We'll have him back in a year and refer him to our friends as he was also referred to us by our friends.
