I was given a timeframe between 10-1 that the technician would be there. I figured I would be waiting until 1 before someone showed up, but he was there right at 10. He was friendly and helpful with moving some last minute pieces of furniture! The carpets turned out AMAZING - so clean and soft! I will definitely use your business again!

The service was great. Ben came to our house and did a superb job without taking up our whole day off. He also was very conscientious about clean-up. As far as the product goes, it was dry enough to walk on by dinner time and there definitely is no "crunch" residue left behind. The carpet looks as good as it did when we bought the house!

I enjoy the professionalism that all the associates have given and the timely manner in which the work is performed. The carpets always look so great and everything has just a fresh feel and smell without having all the harmful detergents that other carpet cleaning solutions give off. I moved all my furniture into my house with many people tracking through the following day and everything vacuumed up wonderfully.

I like the degree of cleanliness you achieve without using harmful chemicals.

The carpets were rejuvenated, without the whole house smelling like chemicals. The technician was also very friendly, and talked us through the whole process before he stared. I would definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know.

The tech (Reed) that came to our home was fantastic! I was really impressed with his knowledge and his attention to detail. I was surprised at how clean the carpets were and that the spots were removed. Its fresh and clean like new carpets. There are some high traffic areas that were tough to remove but I was surprised on how well those got clean too. It was well worth the cost.

Zerorez exceeded my expectations. I had ground in gum that they were able to get out! I would definately use them again.
