The main thing we liked was Joe, our service provider. I assume all of your people are equally talented, but Joe did an outstanding job of explaining, offering suggestions and implementing the work. The carpets looked amazing after he was done, too! We will definitely be returning customers. Our carpets were very overdue for cleaning, but our past (less than satisfactory) experiences with other companies made us hesitate to get them cleaned. WCCO's endorsements led us to try your company, and we could not be more satisfied.
end result - deep cleaning. The key for me will be how long this lasts in comparison to previous vendors that I have used. I am optimistic that it will be better.

Zerorez delivered exactly what they promised. I was very pleased with the service and the professional manner in which I was treated. There was no hard sell on additional service or products, but they were offered politely and all costs were fully disclosed up front. My carpets are sparkling clean and my new granddaughter can crawl and play on them without a worry from me!
brought my van in because I spilled gasoline in it and Jim was right on it and shampooed my car within 10 minutes of arriving at your roseville office. Carpet looks great and the smell of gas is less but was told it may not work before trying.
