There were a few small "drop" size spots in my bedroom I felt should have been able to be removed, as it is just drips from a froozen fudge bar. Also my living room carpet was crunchy. Came when they said they would, were honest about what they could and couldn't do. Were more successful than I expected on a truly horrible carpet.

FYI: Wish there were no chemicals at all and do not like the scent of the chemical you do use. Remind the technician to turn off lights as he finishes each room.

Extremely impressed with area rug cleaning. Dried quickly, excellent results on old stains. Also, the white berber carpeting on stairs returned to near original luster after several years with regular shoe traffic.

Very happy with the results, actually i didn't think my carpets could be cleaned to this extent. The service provider was exceptional as to his knowledge of the products, and explained exactly what process he would use to remove the different dirt and stains we had.
